Terms and Conditions

Classic Towing Australia rely on the details and information supplied by the client. Please read our Terms & Conditions before booking our services.

DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. We accept card and EFT payments. Balance is due on delivery of vehicle.

CANCELLATION/FEES

Cancelled bookings will incur a $350 cancellation fee. Additional charges may apply for any changes made to original nominated pick up and delivery address or by modifying a booking. Extra fees may incur for goods inside the vehicle.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Vehicle weight should not exceed 2.5 tonne. All vehicles are to have a minimum ¼ tank of fuel.

INSURANCE

In the unlikely event your vehicle is damaged or stolen during transit we are fully insured.

We are not insured for goods and personal effects left in the vehicle, which is entirely at your risk. We are not responsible for any mechanical issues or breakdowns that may occur to your vehicle during transit.

Any damages or claims must be made at the time of collection. We take no responsibility for any damages that are highlighted once the vehicle has left our procession.

TRANSIT TIME

Pick up dates and time frames are approximates only. Pick up dates and transit days may vary dues to peak periods, backlogs, traffic accidents, acts of nature and location.
